Change E-Mail Signature and Identity in Round Cube

Change the sender details and add a signature easily to your Round Cube powered web mail. The information you fill in here will be used when you send emails from the web-mail site.

1. Login to your web-mail and get to Round Cube (your E-Mail home page), this is generally yourdomain.com/webmail.

2. Once you are at your E-Mail home page click “settings” in the top right corner.

 

3.  Click “Identities” under the settings panel, then click your E-Mail address or name.

4. From here, simply fill out your display name, E-Mail address, company, and more.

You can add your signature here, near the bottom of the page, if you use HTML mode you can add hyperlinks, and logos, you shouldn’t add too much html as many systems will decline messages or falsely report them as spam / viruses.

The information you fill in here will be used when you send emails from the web-mail site.

That is everything, make sure to click “save” when you are finished.
