Napp-IT Install AFP (Apple File Protocol) Apple Talk

Enabling AFP will more efficiently transfer files from the Napp-IT SAN server and apple based clients. This will result in increased transfer speeds and reliability.

 

This installer is basically for OmniOS but may work on OI and Solaris
but due to the many changes in OS and natatalk, it is broken from time to time

 

  1. Issue command:
wget -O - www.napp-it.org/afp  | perl

2. Restart server syetem
