Your device will need the SahliTech Unified Cryptology Root and Intermediate Certificates installed in the trusted certificate authority store for proper encryption between connected devices and SahliTech Services. This can be services directly from SahliTech as well as services utilizing The SahliTech Unified Cryptology/Encryption, credSTAP, and more.
On this page you can download the certificate files directly for manual installation, as well as access installation instructions. We also provide a tool that can install the certificates in the proper place on Microsoft Windows 10, 11, and Windows Server 2016-2019.
